NATIVOUSA ships to the US and Canada. We use FedEx for deliveries.
NATIVOUSA strives to meet the 3-5 business day shipping timeframe; however, we cannot make any guarantee nor accept liability for extended shipping timeframes due to circumstances outside of the company’s control (e.g., weather conditions, delays due to contingencies with the carrier, etc.).
NATIVOUSA will only accept orders with shipping addresses that indicate a physical address. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Upon the arrival of your order, a signature will be required to confirm receipt of the shipment. We require that the customer will be available at the delivery address.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, returns may be accepted at NATIVOUSA. Prior to returning the product(s), please take note of the following guidelines:
- CALL first before sending back your order. Returns will not be accepted, refunded or honored without calling our office to inform us of the product(s) you are returning.
- A customer care representative will give you instructions on how to make a valid return to our office. You will be given a Product Returns Confirmation number which you will attach to the package you are returning.
- In some cases, when you CALL to inform us of product returns, it’s possible that we will send you a replacement or make other arrangements. This will be evaluated by the Customer Care Representative.
